TikTok Shop requires tracking to be active within 48 hours after the order is placed. However, actual production and shipping time may exceed that.
Active Tracking is an optional paid service where Onospod scans the shipping label before the product is shipped, helping you meet TikTok’s logistics requirements.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+7) with active tracking selected will have tracking activated the same night.
Orders that opt for Active Tracking and are successfully submitted before 4:00 PM (GMT+7) will have tracking activated within 2 business days.
Scan service is available Monday through Saturday (Closed on Sundays).
The fee for scan tracking is $0.70 per label.
