From the time the order is placed to final delivery, it typically takes 10–12 days for customers in the USA to receive their product.

To ensure proper label scanning and reduce shipping errors, please set your warehouse addresses as follows:

  • All-Over Print Products: Set warehouse address to Cypress, TX 77429

  • 2D Products: Set warehouse address to Memphis, TN 38118

TikTok Shop requires tracking to be active within 48 hours after the order is placed. However, actual production and shipping time may exceed that.
Active Tracking is an optional paid service where Onospod scans the shipping label before the product is shipped, helping you meet TikTok’s logistics requirements.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+7) with active tracking selected will have tracking activated the same night.

Orders that opt for Active Tracking and are successfully submitted before 4:00 PM (GMT+7) will have tracking activated within 2 business days.

  • Scan service is available Monday through Saturday (Closed on Sundays).

  • The fee for scan tracking is $0.70 per label.

At the moment, Onospod only ships within the United States.

No. Onospod currently supports USPS labels only.

To place a sample order without shipping:

  • On manual orders, select “No delivery needed”

  • On CSV orders, enter COD under the shipping column

  • Input your Vietnamese address, and the system will only charge for production

  • Light-colored jerseys: White buttons

  • Dark-colored jerseys: Black buttons
