OnosPod Refund & Return Policy

At OnosPod, we are committed to delivering high-quality, print-on-demand products with professional craftsmanship and reliable fulfillment. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to resolve issues swiftly and fairly.

This policy outlines the situations under which refunds or replacements are applicable, including conditions, timelines, and scenarios where OnosPod may decline responsibility.

Replacement & Refund Eligibility

We will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund if your product meets any of the following qualifying conditions:

Wrong Product or Garment
  • Wrong garment brand received

  • Wrong product type (e.g., received a hoodie instead of a T-shirt)

  • Incorrect size or address sent due to our fulfillment error

  • In these cases, customers may keep the item at their discretion

Printing Quality Issues
  • Blurry print with unclear edges or distorted design

  • Design placement errors (e.g., printed too high/low, off-center, crooked, upside down)

  • Peeling print or ink detaching from garment

  • Scaling issues (printed too large or too small vs. artwork)

✅ Solution: Replace or full refund

Sizing Inconsistency
  • Product dimensions differ by more than 3cm from the published OnosPod size chart

✅ Solution: Replace or full refund

Color Mismatch
  • Coloring issue due to provider’s technical error

✅ Solution: Replace or full refund

Product Quality Defects
  • Embroidery errors (e.g., wrong thread color, crooked/missing parts, loose threads)

  • Stains or smears not present in the artwork

  • Unknown marks or ink spots that affect the design

✅ Solution: Replace or full refund

Out-of-Stock Situations

If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock and OnosPod did not notify the customer, the customer is entitled to cancel.

Non-Refundable Situations

Certain conditions fall outside our refund/replacement scope due to the nature of custom POD products:

Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • Orders canceled before production = ✅ Full refund

  • Orders canceled after production begins = ✅ Shipping fee refund only

Claim Submission Guidelines

To submit a claim for a replacement or refund, please prepare the following:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Picture of the shipping label

  • Detailed explanation of the problem

Fulfillment and Delivery Expectations
  • US orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days

  • If delayed beyond the guaranteed window, OnosPod will offer a replacement

Important Notes
  • Slight differences in color tone or print alignment may occur due to digital printing limitations and garment production variability. These are not considered defects.

  • Always refer to our design guidelines before uploading your artwork to avoid file-based printing issues.
