What file formats do you accept for laser cutting designs?
We accept SVG, DXF, AI, and PDF vector files for laser cutting and engraving. For photos or raster artwork (portraits, logos), we accept PNG and JPG at 300 dpi minimum. Our design team can convert or optimize your artwork at no additional charge.
Can you add custom painting or finishing to laser-cut wood products?
Yes. We offer natural wood finish, painted colors (Pantone or RAL matched), wood staining in walnut/oak/ebony tones, clear varnish (matte or gloss), epoxy resin color fill for engraved areas, and gold/silver foil accents. Premium finished products are available as gift-ready sets.
