Best for: 100% cotton and cotton-blend apparel with photorealistic or multi-color artwork.
Inkjet-based printing directly onto fabric. Produces sharp, full-color prints with a soft hand feel. Requires white underbase on dark garments. No setup cost, no color limits β ideal for on-demand printing with no minimum.

DTF β Direct-to-Film
Best for: Any fabric type or color β polyester, nylon, denim, dark garments where DTG adhesion is limited.
Artwork is printed onto film, then heat-transferred onto the garment. No fabric restriction, no color limitation. Popular for hoodies, performance wear, and mixed-fabric products. Works on both light and dark garments without underbase.

Sublimation & All-Over Print
Best for: Polyester activewear, jerseys, swimwear, and garments needing edge-to-edge coverage.
Dye-sublimation infuses ink directly into polyester fibers β color won’t crack, fade, or peel. Fabric is printed flat, then cut and sewn into the finished garment, allowing seamless all-over patterns with no white borders at seams.

Can Onospod manufacture apparel using my own design?
Yes. Onospod manufactures custom apparel from your provided artwork. We accept print-ready files in PNG, PDF, or AI format. Our artwork team reviews every file before production and flags any resolution or color issues before printing begins.
What printing methods do you use?
We use four main methods: DTG (Direct-to-Garment) for cotton apparel with photorealistic designs; DTF (Direct-to-Film) for all fabric types including dark garments; sublimation for all-over print polyester activewear and jerseys; and cut-and-sew for custom-constructed garments. The right method depends on your product, fabric, and design requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For print-on-demand orders, the minimum is 1 piece β we manufacture and ship individual orders daily. For bulk production runs, minimums typically start at 50β100 pieces depending on the product. Cut-and-sew custom construction starts at higher minimums due to pattern and sample setup.
Can you add custom labels and hang tags?
Yes. We offer heat-transfer labels, woven labels, print-on neck labels, hang tags, and custom packaging inserts. Private label setup is available for sellers building a branded product line. Contact us for lead times and setup details.
Can I order a sample before committing to bulk?
Yes. Sample orders are available for all products. A sample lets you evaluate print quality, garment fit, and branding before placing a larger order. Most samples ship within 3β5 business days. Contact us to start a sample order.
Do you manufacture custom sizing outside standard Sβ3XL?
For bulk orders, we can produce custom size ranges and modified fits. Custom sizing requires a minimum order and a sample approval phase. For print-on-demand, we work with standard sizing across our product catalog.
What are the production and shipping times?
Standard production time is 1β2 business days for most apparel. Cut-and-sew and embroidery items may take 2β3 business days. Shipping from Vietnam to the US takes 5β8 business days with tracking included. Bulk orders have longer lead times depending on volume.
Can Onospod manufacture for Etsy, Shopify, or Amazon sellers?
Yes. We work with sellers on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop. For print-on-demand sellers, we integrate with your store workflow and ship directly to your customers. For marketplace sellers, we can produce branded apparel that meets platform handmade or private label requirements.
