Do you support full sublimation printing for jerseys?
Yes. We use industrial Epson SureColor sublimation printers to produce vibrant, full all-over sublimation prints on polyester jerseys. Colors are dye-sublimated directly into the fabric for wash-fast, fade-resistant results that last the life of the garment.
What fabric types are available for custom jerseys?
We offer 100% polyester performance mesh, moisture-wicking athletic knit, recycled polyester (rPET), and spandex-blend fabrics. Fabric weight ranges from 120–180 gsm depending on jersey type. We can source specific fabric weights or compositions on request.
Can I add embroidery or tackle twill to jerseys?
Yes. We offer embroidery (logos, names, numbers) and can combine sublimation printing with embroidered patches or twill letters. Our in-house embroidery room uses EMBRIN multi-head machines capable of high-stitch-count logos with fine detail.
Do you offer white-label jersey manufacturing?
Yes. We provide full white-label and private label manufacturing. This includes custom woven labels, hang tags, heat-transfer labels, and branded poly bag packaging. There is no Onospod branding on any product — everything ships under your brand identity.
